REVISED 25 JAN 2019 @ 1200 USA MT.

Whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point is guilty of all. There is no fully sanctified or holy person living who can stand before God and offer their good deeds as justification to him for having violated all points of the law. Even if they have only stolen a penny piece of candy as a child, they are just as guilty as the "infamous mass murderers" of our day. The "Good People" and their charitable works do not even begin to satisfy the just demands of The I Am that I Am. To haughtily point out their Doctorates or Ordination or Degrees in "Science so called" makes them as sounding brass and tinkling cymbals in the eyes of God. The exalted names, Masonic temples, shrines and noble titles they build to their glory are as dust. They are vipers and blind guides. The Light of the World is Jesus Christ. In his light, we see light. His light as revealed in His word outshines the sun. The "scientist so called" espouse their truth and wisdom and not the Wisdom of God. Do not swallow the lie that all truth is God's truth. Satan can disguise himself as an angel of light and gleefully works in your fraternities, sororities and congregations of believers. Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. Do not be led by merchandisers, false Prophets, Pharisees, and Sorcerers, nefarious demigod petty Judges dressed in drag and local law enforcement officials who advocate the pagan religion of Psychology and denigrate traditional Christian values. As harlots, Lawyers, Judges, Ministers and government officials aid in adjudicating a false religious Theology in your community. Ordering baby Christians into wilderness camps and state children's homes where animistic pagan religious rituals are forced upon them and where they are homosexually raped. Denying them the freedom to assemble as Christians.

Those false leaders encourage division among the brethren by destroying the meaning of the word Catholic (Universal) as so clearly defined by an early Church Father, Saint Athanasius, who in the fourth century clearly stated that the worship of the Trinity was the Catholic faith. False prophets are teaching that peace with God proceeds from the idols of water baptism, religious law, structures and so called science. The barbarians are not only at the gate. they have moved all the way into the "Whiskey Alleys" of the board rooms, Government House and the Pulpit. Anti-Family Gay Activists have crept into the home bible studies and taken away silly women captive, who are laden with lust. In the guise of prayer and study, they foster an agenda of worship of the "Earth Mother" as god and scorn the role of men in the family. Denying the miracles of Paul and Elisha high minded wizards use the bible to intimidate the unschooled into supporting their cult collections. Turning the house of worship into a den of thieves. Dividing Christian marriages rather than advocating forsaking father and mother for the cause of Christ. "When Christ calls a man, He bids him come and die." To die to self rather than succumb to greed, lust and desire for power. Which religious denomination and fraternity promotes the bigotry of the "War of the Roses" and battle between the "Longhairs and Roundheads ?" Who got the woman ? Who wanted the money ? Who used their influence with ministers, doctors, lawyers and judges to repeatedly destroy families ?

Those sorcerers have corrupted the Grace of God with the so called science of Psychology and are as lost as the Philosophers on Mars Hill who confronted Paul in Acts Chapter 17. Their idols of mans wisdom and law could not help then nor can it today. Presuming to add to the completed measure of God's wonderful gift found only in the finished work of his Son, as modern day shamans they seek out herbal remedies and incorporate chemistry supposing to facilitate the grace of God. How foolish they have become ignoring the miraculous power of his Holy Spirit. For three centuries in this modern era the "enlightened" Allegorizers have sought to remove the miraculous from Scripture. Denying how the affect of original sin led to the corruption of the mind and body they have inherited from Adam. Continuing to resist the Holy Spirit they devise and imagine that we all have power within ourselves to bridge the gap to God. Scientists lay claim to methods they maintain will enhance the ability of the body to produce pleasant repose for the mind. To use their puffed up knowledge to find peace with God will lead to a dependence upon them and the substances they promote. These same sort of "Learned" men were at Mars Hill when Paul preached. They could not promise lasting results then, nor can they now without the love of God that only comes by the free grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ through the communion of the Holy Spirit.

The unbalanced approach to the Gospel has gone so far, that even "Christian Leaders" have begun to preach a "New Paganism" of "OLD ERRORS and NEW LABELS." Growing confident that "science" so called can eventually explain the bible in a more "palatable" way to those who hold a world view that there must be many ways to God other than through Jesus the Christ. Often preoccupied with marketing wizardry and increasing the "profitability " of the corporation, allowing the local assembly to be controlled by compromisers from the "MASONIC Temple Brotherhood" in custody of the purse of Judas. Denominational "turf" is staked out like mining claims. These features are so prominent in some of your "churches" that many members have retreated into finding comfort with shallow dogmatic religious ritualism. Turning the Baptistry into a pagan idol, such as the cult of the CAMPBELLITES, casting away the long taught Saved by Grace through Faith in the Blood of Christ and ignoring Orthodox fundamentals such as the incarnation of Christ through the Virgin Birth. Some of those who have made a profession of Medical "Science" even suggest that artificial insemination brought about the incarnation of Jesus Christ. There is no God but Jesus, The Great Architect of the Universe, whose words were written by Holy men of old. Jesus Christ the preexistent, everlasting creator of the Cosmos has provided for the forgiveness of our sin. He was baptized in his blood on the cross. He reigns forever and ever. Trust Christ alone who loves and keeps you. The Holy Spirit draws and seals you into the Church (body) of Christ. Jesus the most high God, Jehovah, will never leave you or forsake you. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

James Chapter 5: 1 Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you. 2 Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten. 3 Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days. 4 Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of sabaoth. 5 Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter. 6 Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he doth not resist you. 7 Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain. 8 Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh. 9 Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door. 10 Take, my brethren, the prophets, who have spoken in the name of the Lord, for an example of suffering affliction, and of patience. 11 Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy.

Matthew Henry Commentary on the Catholic Epistle of James Chapter Five.

The apostle is here addressing first sinners and then saints. I. Let us consider the address to sinners; and here we find James seconding what his great Master had said: Woe unto you that are rich; for you have received your consolation, Luke vi. 24. The rich people to whom this word of warning was sent were not such as professed the Christian religion, but the worldly and unbelieving Jews, such as are here said to condemn and kill the just, which the Christians had no power to do; and though this epistle was written for the sake of the faithful, and was sent principally to them, yet, by an apostrophe, the infidel Jews may be well supposed here spoken to. They would not hear the word, and therefore it is written, that they might read it. It is observable, in the very first inscription of this epistle, that it is not directed, as Paul's epistles were, to the brethren in Christ, but, in general, to the twelve tribes; and the salutation is not, grace and peace from Christ, but, in general, greeting, ch. i. 1. The poor among the Jews received the gospel, and many of them believed; but the generality of the rich rejected Christianity, and were hardened in their unbelief, and hated and persecuted those who believed on Christ. To these oppressing, unbelieving, persecuting, rich people, the apostle addresses himself in the first six verses.

Hosea 4:6

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

Matthew Henry Commentary on Hosea Chapter 4.

Prophets were sent to be reprovers, to tell people of their faults, and to warn them of the judgments of God, to which by sin they exposed themselves; so the prophet is employed in this and the following chapters. He is here, as counsel for the King of kings, opening an indictment against the people of Israel, and labouring to convince them of sin, and of their misery and danger because of sin, that he might prevail with them to repent and reform. I. He shows them what were the grounds of God’s controversy with them, a general prevalency of vice and profaneness (v. 1, 2), ignorance and forgetfulness of God (v. 6, 7), the worldly-mindedness of the priests (v. 8), drunkenness and uncleanness (v. 11), using divination and witchcraft (v. 12), offering sacrifice in the high places (v. 13), whoredoms (v. 14, 18), and bribery among magistrates (v. 18). II. He shows them what would be the consequences of God’s controversy. God would punish them for these things (v. 9). The whole land should be laid waste (v. 3), all sorts of people cut off (v. 5), their honour lost (v. 7), their creature-comforts unsatisfying (v. 10), and themselves made ashamed (v. 19). And, which is several times mentioned here as the sorest judgment of all, they should be let alone in their sins (v. 17), they shall not reprove one another (v. 4), God will not punish them (v. 14), nay, he will let them prosper (v. 16). III. He gives warning to Judah not to tread in the steps of Israel, because they saw their steps went down to hell (v. 15).

From OLD ERRORS and NEW LABELS, by Fulton J.  Sheen, Kennikat Press, Port Washington, N.Y. c 1931.

The story of the development of new paganism is the story of the prodigal      Son. The younger son in the parable is Western Civilization, who in the sixteenth century  goes to the spiritual father of Christendom and asks for      a share of the substance garnered throughout the centuries. The spiritual      father gives Western civilization a share of that capital in the shape of the     necessity of the church, the Divinity of Christ, the inspiration of Sacred     Scriptures, the existence of God, and the necessity of religion. In the     course of the last four centuries, Western civilization has been prodigal of     that patrimony. In the sixteenth century, it spent its belief in the church,     in the seventeenth, the inspiration of Sacred Scripture, in the eighteenth,     the Divinity of Christ, in the nineteenth, the existence of God, and in the     twentieth, the necessity of religion. At present date, the capital is all     gone and now it is feeding on husks, under the names of "New Thought" and     "Progress." It was not so long ago that the father of Christendom could     depend upon those sects that called themselves Christian to help defend     the great fundamental truths of Christianity, such as the Divinity of Christ     and the necessity of the salvation of the individual soul. That day is past.     Many of the best known preachers are today teaching nothing but a glorified     Humanism and there are few who would dare to speak of divine justice or     retribution. We are, therefore, practically forced to carry on the battle for Christian truth alone, and this is something new in the history of      Christianity.

From History of PSYCHOLOGY, by David Hothersall, Temple University Press, 1984

p. 16

...Before 500 B.C. Greek medicine was in the hands of priests who resided in temples and were believed to know the secrets of Asclepius, the Greek God of medicine. These Asclepiadae were reputed to be able to cure various illnesses and restore health, especially in cases of blindness, deafness, and various forms of paralysis. Their techniques were closely guarded secrets. A patient who desired treatment was socially isolated in the temple and subjected to a variety of rituals. The priests recounted the powers of Asclepius, read case histories written on temple walls, and made powerful suggestions that a cure would occur. Finally, the  patient would pay a substantial fee to the priests for their services.

...In 1892 William James considered psychology in his day, and came to the pessimistic conclusion that it was a string of raw facts; a little gossip and wrangle about opinions; a little classification and generalization on the mere descriptive level; a strong prejudice that we have states of mind, and that our brain conditions them: but not a single law in the sense in which physics shows us laws, not a single proposition from which any consequence can casually be deduced.  We don't even know the terms between which the elementary laws would obtain if we had them. This is no science, it is only the hope for a science. (James, W. (1892). Psychology.- Briefer course. New York: Henry Holt. New edition, New York: Harper & Row, 196)

From Brett's History of Psychology edited and abridged by R.S. Peters, The Macmillan Company, 1953.

The Stoics and Epicureans were preoccupied with the attainment of individual self-sufficiency as a substitute for the much lauded self-sufficiency of the old city-states. Life had become something to be endured rather than enjoyed; the problem was how to endure it best. How could the individual fortify himself against oppression, revolution and social change ? The Stoics advocated integrity of character, devotion to duty, humanity towards fellow sufferers, and the rigorous discipline of the will; the Epicurean sought an escape from the hazards of life in cutting down the possible sources of misery. The Stoics and Epicureans are important  only in the history of moral philosophy, not in the history of science. They put forth  different forms  of individualism one of which  reached it's culmination in Kant and the other in the English Utilitarians. Their interest to psychologists lies in their doctrine of the will and emotions, their general theory of the soul being mainly adapted from Plato and Aristotle.

From Diseases in the Ancient Greek World, by Mirko D. Grmek, The Johns Hopkins University Press, 1983.

With the cultural flowering that takes place in the fifth century B.C., the literary documentation that takes place in Greek texts extremely rich and varied. Historians like Herodotus and Xenophon provide priceless information about diseases and about medicine. The same is true about the poets and philosophers of the Age of Pericles.

From  The Seduction of Christianity  by Dave Hunt and T.A. McMahon, Harvest House Publishers, 1985.

...We are also warned in Scripture that many people who call themselves Christians will succumb to this deception and that a great apostasy will occur prior to the return of Jesus Christ.\; the delusion will sweep through the professing church as well as secular society. So it  should be no surprise to find increasing controversy within the church concerning the New Age movement.

This has already begun, and the reason is fairly obvious: Christians are quite comfortable in discussing cults outside the traditional church, such as Mormons, Jehovah's  Witnesses, Christian Science, or Hare Krishnas.  The New Age  movement, however, involves things that are firmly entrenched within the church, such as psychotherapy, visualization, meditation, biofeedback,  Positive Confession, Positive or Possibility Thinking, hypnosis,  Holistic medicine, and a whole spectrum of self-improvement and success/motivation techniques. To criticize any of these supposedly "scientific" methodologies is to offend large numbers  of Christians, including many church leaders who sincerely practice and promote these techniques.

From Aristotle's Psychology by Daniel N. Robinson, Columbia University Press, 1989.

As Plato composed his dialogues, the Homeridae stood up to defend the ageless orthodoxies of the Greek people. It was these "sons of Homer" who insisted that all historical, religious, and scientific knowledge was to be found in the epic poems of homer, and that departure from these was heresy and dangerous folly. The appearance of the Homeridae marks an important point in the development of Ancient Greek culture; the point at which philosophical  modes of inquiry had come to provide formidable challenges to those ageless certainties  on which Greek civilization had been erected. Like Plato himself, the Homeridae found in the waste and rubble of the Peloponnesian wars the clearest evidence of  moral waywardness. Men had turned their backs on those ideals of perfection personified in the Age of Heroes an rhapsodized centuries later by the blind poet whose name means " hostage." But unlike Plato, who sought to devise a political regime according to the discoveries of a critical philosophy, the Homeridae proposed a return to what was a mythic past, though one still alive in the Hellenic imagination. It is this past that supplied the Hellenes with their folk-psychology and an overarching conventional wisdom that would first test and, finally rise up against the new philosophy.

Commenting on this general theme, Cornford observed that," All ancient thought is haunted by regret for a golden age in the remote past and by the hope that the reign of Cronos will some day return" F.M. Cornford, The Unwritten Philosophy, 1967.
